Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. The Free plan requires no payment information. You can sign up and start using Crewanta immediately at no cost. You only need a card if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel anytime from the Plans & Pricing page inside the app. You'll keep full access to your current plan until the end of the billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.

Can my employees or workers use the app?

Yes. On Team and Business plans, your workers get their own secure PIN login. You control what each worker can see and do. They can log time, view assigned jobs, and message you directly from the app.

What devices does Crewanta work on?

Access Crewanta from any modern web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Crewanta is a cloud-based web application. No desktop software download or installation is required.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. Crewanta uses industry-standard secure authentication, encrypts sensitive customer data at rest, and never shares your business information with third parties. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details.

What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. Jobs, customers, and history remain intact. Some features (like PDF export and team management) become read-only until you upgrade again.
